Spend Sunday discovering what makes life at Delta Coves so special. Tour our stunning model homes, take in the waterfront surroundings, and pick up your deck box meal and concert wristbands before making your way to Island Camp.
As the afternoon turns to evening, settle in by the water for live music from Bay Area favorite Wheel House and one of the community’s favorite annual traditions.

Home Tours
Step inside the homes of Delta Coves and discover spaces designed around a different kind of everyday life, where the water is never far away.
2 – 4:00 p.m.

Your Evening Begins
Pick up your deck box meal and concert wristbands from one of our tour guides before making your way to Island Camp.

Gather at Island Camp
Head to the water, find your spot and settle in for one of the community’s favorite summer traditions.

Summer Send Off
Enjoy live music from Bay Area favorite Wheel House as the sun sets on another beautiful summer at Delta Coves.

*All guests must have a wristband to enter Island Camp. A maximum of four wristbands per household and a maximum of two deck box meals per household are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must tour the models before receiving wristbands or deck box meals. No cash value.
