What is Duffy Days?
Duffy Days is our annual Summer Season Kickoff, and it's designed to show you the Delta Coves lifestyle in action. No staged presentations, no pressure—just a genuine celebration of community, waterfront living, and the kind of afternoon you'll have plenty of once you're home here.
How It Works
Start with the homes. 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Tour more than 14 waterfront model homes - throughout the community at your own pace.
7 of the models are Davidson Collection's Luxury Home Models. Each one tells a different story—the Boathouse with its open entertaining spaces, the Lodge with its sweeping Delta views, the Starboard’s modern efficiency.
As you visit each Builder's models you’ll collect a food voucher. It’s a gentle way to explore without feeling rushed.
Gather at Island Camp. 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Once you've toured, head to Island Camp—our resort-style community clubhouse—where the real celebration happens. Your vouchers are redeemable for food truck favorites on us. While you're eating, you'll hear live music, watch family-friendly games and competitions, and take in the waterfront views that make Delta Coves so distinctive.
Parents, kids, couples, solo explorers—everyone finds something to enjoy. It's the kind of afternoon that actually shows you what living here feels like.
